Training courses are run in collaboration with several training organisations, principally ‘Renouveau&démocratie’ (a trade union in the EU institutions) and ‘La Società Italiana per l’Organizzazione Internazionale’ (SIOI) in Rome.

The following parts of the EPSO assessment centre are introduced and best practice guidance is provided:

  • Case Study and other written tests
  • General Competence Interview
  • Specific Competence Interview
  • Oral Presentation

In the training courses there is only a limited time available for practical exercises. Those who wish support in the practical application of the approach proposed in the training courses should look at Coaching.
